Other requirements

  On admission, each student shall bring with her the following:-

1. A Suitcase with lock and key:­

2. Two face towels, 2 bath towels, handkerchiefs, 2 white sheets, 2 pillow cases, one mattress and one pillow.

3. Soap with Soap dish, comb mirror tooth paste and brush.

4. One torch light and measuring tape.

5. One umbrella.

6. One pair of slippers for domestic use.

7. Wrist watch with a second hand.

8. Plastic bucket and mug

9. One pair small scissors, thread and needle, fountain pen, lead pencil, rubber, colour pencils, scale.

Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained from the Principal, Modern School of Nursing, Modern Hospital Kodungallur Ltd, Post Box No. 22, Kodungallur Post, Thrissur -680664, Kerala, India. on payment of Rs.l00/- by Cash or Rs. 150/- by Money Order or Demand Draft, payable at Kodungallur.
