How to apply

Application for admission should be made in the prescribed format available with us. The following documents should also be forwarded with the application form duly signed and filled in the candidate's own handwriting. The duplicated copy of the application together with copies of enclosures should be sent to the Registrar, Kerala Nurses' and Midwives' Council, Red Cross Road, Thiruvanathapuram-37. The original application should reach this office on or before 15th July 2006. Incomplete application without requisite enclosures will be rejected.

1.  Attested copies of mark list.

2. Certificate to prove date of birth

3. Two conduct certificates-One from the head of the Institution from which the candidates has passed out and the other from a respectable person of the locality not related to the applicant.

4. If belonging to scheduled caste or backward community, certificate to that effect from the Tahsildar of the concerned Taluk.

Admission

Interview and selection of the candidates are done by the selection Board. Selection may be on the basis of oral tests.
